6:35 PM: Public hearing to receive public comment regarding a proposed zone change for parcel numbers: F-7000, F-7000-4, F-6999-3 (to Highway Commercial & Light Industrial), and F-7054, F-47, and F-7055 (to Residential 2), excluding the Millard School District's 4-acre parcel.

b. Discussion and possible action regarding property agreement between Fillmore City and James Young
c. Discuss and possibly adopt Resolution 26-05 amending the Fillmore City Parks Policy to include the North Park upper section pavilion as a reservable facility, and to remove the North Park upper section splash pad as a reservable facility
d. Discuss and possibly adopt Resolution 26-06 approving the 2025 Fillmore City Municipal Wastewater Planning Program
e. Discuss and possibly decide on a cemetery monument (bench) request on behalf of Blaine Hare
