OLD BUSINESS:
- Traci (KOA): was requesting a recommendation from Planning and Zoning to Town
Council to change their tent sites to campsites. Brian made the motion to
recommend to Town Council and Bill seconded the motion.
- Gregg Scott: was requesting a building permit for an accessory building. Bill made
the motion to approve Gregg's setbacks; Brian seconded the motion.
NEW BUSINESS:
- Kevin Clegg is requesting a subdivision Plat Amendment to combine his two lots
located at 35 E Glades Way & 45 E Glades Way.
- Keith Salmon is requesting a building permit for an accessory building located 134
Bourbon ST.
- Austin Lyon is requesting to fill our open short-term rental slot located in Solomons
Way.
- Change of Monthly Meeting Day: Discussion on whether to move our regular
meetings to the first Thursday of each month.
