Notice is hereby given that the Central Wasatch Commission will hold a meeting on Monday, April 13, 2026, beginning at approximately 3:30 P.M. You may attend the meeting at the anchor location: Millcreek City Hall located at 1330 E. Chambers Ave., Millcreek UT 84106. A virtual option is also available. The public may register for the virtual meeting option at the following link, which is specific to the registrant and should not be shared. After registering the registrant will receive an email containing a meeting access link.

Please note: For in-person meeting attendees, masks are no longer required at Millcreek City Hall, but are welcome for any attendees who prefer to continue using them.

3:30 P.M. Opening
1. Chair Erin Mendenhall will call the meeting to order and welcome Board members and the public.
2. (Action) The Board will consider approving the minutes of the Board meeting on January 12, 2026.

3:40 P.M. Central Wasatch Dashboard Landing Page Presentation
1. Phoebe McNeally from the DIGIT Lab at the University of Utah will present the new landing page for the Central Wasatch Dashboard.
3:50 P.M. Closed Session
1. Chair Mendenhall will call for a closed session for the purpose of discussing the character, professional competence or physical or mental health of one or more individuals as authorized by UTAH CODE ANN. 52-4-205(1)(a).

4:10 P.M. Funding Committee Updates
1. Commissioner Monica Zoltanski will discuss the recent activities of the Funding Committee, including member contribution rates and the associated quantitative and qualitative criteria matrix.
4:25 P.M. Budget Discussion
1. The Board will discuss the draft tentative budget for 2026-2027.
2. The Board will discuss the budget surplus for 2025-2026 and where to allocate it.
a. Short-term projects.
b. Website redesign (memo included in meeting packet).
4:45 P.M. CWNCRA Overview and Updates
1. Staff will discuss recent CWNCRA activities.
a. The Legislative and Land Tenure Committee can convene as needed.
4:50 P.M. Capacity Study Discussion
1. The Board will continue conversations from the January 2026 meeting about further study into the capacity in the Central Wasatch canyons.
5:20 P.M. Stakeholders Council Discussion
1. The Stakeholders Council Chair and Co-Chair will present the recent activities of the Stakeholders Council and engage with the Commission for guidance and feedback.
2. (Action) Consideration of Resolution 2026-10 releasing and appointing Stakeholders Council members.
5:40 P.M. Action Items
1. (Action) Consideration of Resolution 2026-11 approving Zions Bank account signers.
5:45 P.M. Legislative Session Update
1. Staff will discuss the outcomes of the CWC's legislative session activities.
5:50 P.M. Youth Council Updates
1. Youth Council Chair Dylanger McKissen will discuss a Short-Term Projects Grant proposal from the Youth Council.
2. Staff will discuss the activities of the Youth Council.
5:55 P.M. Staff Announcements
1. The Short-Term Projects Committee will meet to make funding recommendations on April 27. The Board will consider approving funding decisions at the June 22 Board meeting.
2. The next Executive/Budget/Audit Committee meeting will be on June 1, 2026.
3. The next Board meetings will be on May 4, 2026 (budget hearing) and June 22, 2026 (full meeting).
