Cannabis Production Establishment and Pharmacy Licensing Board Utah Department of Agriculture and Food, Specialized Products Division gives notice the Cannabis Production Establishment and Pharmacy Licensing Board will hold a public hearing to consider items outlined by Utah Code Ann. ยง 4-41a-201 (2025) The public hearing will be held on April 16th, 2026 at 1:30 pm in the Bonneville Conference Room located on the 3rd Floor of the Taylorsville State Office Building located at 4315 S 2700 W, Taylorsville, UT 84129 and broadcast electronically. Any persons wishing to provide comment may do so in writing by emailing cannabis@utah.gov with the subject line 'Public Comment'. Comments may be made at the time of the meeting in person or with live virtual attendance.
