NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at St. George City Offices located at 61 S Main Street, St. George, Utah to consider the following: A request to amend zoning designation on property generally located east of Highway 18, between approximately 3400 North and 4200 North for property currently zoned G&G (Gravel & Grazing). The applicant is seeking a rezone to PD-R (Planned Development Residential) on approximately 207 acres and PD-TNZ (Planned Development Traditional Neighborhood Zone) on approximately 10 acres. The applicant is also seeking approval of the first two phases which are approximately 34.22 acres and would have a mix of apartment buildings, townhomes, single family homes and a small commercial area. There would be approximately 607 units. The applicant is Civil Science, and the representative is Brandee Walker. PD-R request Case No. 2026-ZC-004, PD-TNZ request Case No. 2026-ZC-003.
