- Notice of Public Hearing The City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday April 7, 2026, at 6:00 pm. - Text and Map Amendments to the General Plan & Growth Management Boundary A public hearing will be held with the City Council on a proposed Text and Map Amendment to the General Plan and a proposed amendment to the Growth Management Boundary. FOR MORE INFORMATION, please contact: David Mann by calling 801-804-4574 or emailing dmann@spanishfork.gov. Drafts of the proposed Land Use Element and Growth Management Boundary Map can be found at www.spanishfork.gov/departments/community_development/planning/city_general_plan. This hearing will be held in the Council Chambers at 80 South Main Street, Second Floor, Spanish Fork.
