PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting at the City Council Chambers at Library Hall, 80 South Main Street, Second Floor, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually.

A. March 18, 2026.
2. Minor Subdivision
A. HALES 2-LOT SUBDIVISION. This proposal involves subdividing a parcel to create two residential lots located at 208 North 600 East.
3. Zone Change
A. HALES 2-LOT INFILL. This proposal involves a Zone Change to apply the Infill Overlay to the R-1-6 Zone at 208 North 600 East in order to permit two single-family residences with modified setbacks.
4. Title 15 Amendment
A. TITLE 15 AMENDMENTS. This proposal involves various updates being made to Title 15 Land Use.
