Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Cedar City Planning Commission on Tuesday, March 31st, 2026, starting at 5:15 p.m. in the Cedar City Council Chambers located at 10 N. Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. Time will be allowed for public comments on the following items: 1. Consider an Ordinance Text Amendment in Sections 26-I-4, 23-10, 32-1, 32-2, 32-5, 32-7, 32-10, Revising Numbering to Match State Code. Ordinance Text Amendment Summary The proposed amendment to Ordinances comprised of sections 23, 26, and 32 where the state code is referenced. This change involves referencing the Utah Municipal Code in general rather than specific numbers in the state code. All in Cedar City, Utah Posted March 20th, 2026
