- The Brian Head Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on April 7, 2026, during the regularly scheduled meeting beginning at 1:00 pm or shortly thereafter at the Brian Head Town Hall located at 56 N. Hwy. 143, Brian Head, UT 84719. The public is invited to attend and give public input on the proposed: General Plan Amendment: Aspen Meadows Development is requesting an amendment to the General Plan for a mixed zone use. Zone Change Application: Aspen Meadows Development is requesting a zone change from Annexed Transition Zone to Aspen Meadows Mountain Zone. Written Comments may be submitted to the Deputy Town Clerk no later than 4:30 pm April 6, 2026. Please submit comments to the Deputy Town Clerk by mail to PO Box 190068, Brian Head, Utah, 84719 or by email to cclaridge@bhtown.utah.gov.
