PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Mantua Town Council, Utah will hold its Budget meeting in person at Mantua Town Hall, located at 409 North Main St., Mantua Utah for the purposes and at the times as described below on Thursday, March 19, 2026.
1. Call to Order
Mayor calls the meeting to order.
2. Roll Call
Clerk records council attendance and confirms a quorum.
3. Approval of Agenda
Council review and approval of the meeting agenda.
Quarterly Financial Review
4. Fiscal Year Budget Overview
Presentation of current fiscal year financial status including:
- Percentage of fiscal year completed
- Budget vs. actual revenues
- Budget vs. actual expenditures
- Current fund balances
5. General Fund Review
Discussion of:
- Administrative expenditures
- Public Works
- Public Safety
- Parks and Recreation
- Planning and Zoning
6. Revenue Trends
Review of:
- Property tax revenue
- Sales tax revenue
- Franchise and utility revenues
- Permit and impact fee revenues
7. Enterprise Funds Review
Discussion of utility funds including:
- Water Fund
- Sewer Fund
- Stormwater Fund
