Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Genola will hold a public meeting in the public safety building located at 455 N. Main on the above date. The Council meeting will commence at 7:00 p.m. This will be a public meeting where action may be taken on the agenda items. The agenda for the Council meeting will be as follows: 1. Call to Order a. Opening Prayer b. Pledge of Allegiance 2. Approval of Minutes for February 18th, 2026 and March 4th, 2026 Attachments: 3. Approval of Expenditures Total Expenditures: $ 106,816.59 AT&T: $1074.29 Peace of Mind Law: $ 5,800.00 Bankcard Center: $2,456.35 Central Utah Water Conservancy: $ 1,200.00 Rocky Mountain Power: $ 3,102.80 Santaquin City: $ $19,781.71 Staheli & Associates: $ 1,760.00 Strawberry Highline Canal Co. : $ 2,317.28 Utah County Health Department: $ 1,800.00 Utah League of Cities and Towns: $ 1,375.26 Utah State Division of Finance: $65,000 Utah State Treasurer: $ 1.148.90 4. Approval of Work Orders $1.600.00 to KE painting for a redo of the ceiling in the south pavilion at the park. $3000 for new dirt for the baseball fields 5. Commission & Staff Reports - Police Chief Report - Fire Chief Report -Planning Commission Report Attachments: Public Forum Audience members are invited to address the Council with any concerns they may have. Each resident will have 3 minutes to express their thoughts. The Council will allow you to finish speaking before providing any response, ensuring that your time is respected. Please note that a maximum of 5 residents can sign up to participate in the public forum. State Law prohibits the Council from acting on items that do not appear on the agenda. New Business 6. Discussion and possible action on awarding a bid for leasing the towns surplus secondary irrigation water. Attachments: 7. Discussion with Carolyn Greenwood and Mike Fowers, regarding new information that has been gathered to come up with a solution for the heavy truck traffic on our city streets. Attachments: 8. Discussion and possible action on Ordinance 2026-04 and agreement #2026-01 a cooperative with the Utah Division of Forestry, Fire, and State Lands. 9. Discussion and possible action on Agreement 2026-02 the CWPP participation commitment Attachments: 10. Discussion on amending the fee schedule. Attachments: 11. Motion to Adjourn The Town Council may exercise its right under Utah Code Annotated, 52-4-207, to convene and conduct an electronic meeting. To discuss the pending or reasonably imminent litigation, and/or purchase, exchange, or lease of real property) The Town will provide reasonable accommodations for anyone attending this meeting.
