Description/Agenda: Morgan County, located in the State of Utah, intends to contract to amend the impact fee facilities plan (IFFP) and impact fee analysis (IFA) related to (1) parks, recreation facilities, open space, and trails; (2) roadway facilities; and (3) public safety (fire and emergency medical service) facilities. The Service Area for this analysis includes unincorporated Morgan County within the boundary of the County, as identified in the attached map. Notice is hereby given pursuant to the requirements of Utah Code Ann. 11-36a-501 and 503. You are hereby invited to provide information for the County to consider in the process of preparing, adopting, and implementing or amending the referenced documents.
