4. REVIEW AND CONSIDER ADOPTION OF A CORRECTIVE ORDINANCE AMENDMENT TO ADDRESS A CLERICAL OMISSION IN ORDINANCE 2026-2. THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT RESTORES THE DEFINITION OF A 'VEHICLE STORAGE LOT' AS ORIGINALLY PRESENTED ON JANUARY 26, 2026 AND DOES NOT INTRODUCE NEW REGULATORY STANDARDS OR MODIFY THE SUBSTANCE OF THE COMMISSION'S PRIOR LEGISLATIVE ACTION. AS A CORRECTIVE CLARIFICATION CONSISTENT WITH THE PREVIOUSLY APPROVED ORDINANCE, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC NOTICE AND HEARING ARE NOT REQUIRED.
