1. Discussion and possible action to recommend approval of an Ordinance amending title 10 Chapter 6B Removing Two-Family Dwelling from the list of permitted uses in the R-1-10.
2. Discussion and possible action to set a public hearing for April 8, 2026, to establish a
new MDR-8 zone.
3. Discussion and possible action to set a public hearing for April 8, 2026, to establish a
new HDR-14 zone.
4. Discussion and possible action to set a public hearing for April 8, 2026, to establish a
new R-1-6 zone.
5. Discussion regarding a preliminary concept design.
6. Discussion and presentation regarding the Top Side property.
7. Discussion regarding the General Plan.
