Prayer/Thought. 3. Pledge of Allegiance. PUBLIC HEARINGS - 6:00 pm The Commission will accept public comment and may approve the following items: 1. Golden Cedar Estates Lot 102 A proposed zoning map amendment application submitted by Mervyn Arnold to rezone approximately 4.0 acres located at 1186 E Trailblazer Cove, Cedar Fort, Utah (Utah County Parcel No. 40:644:0115), from Residential to Commercial. CLOSE PUBLIC HEARING ________ REGULAR MEETING - 7:00 pm CALL TO ORDER 1. Roll Call. 2. Prayer/Thought. 3. Pledge of Allegiance. REPORTS CONSENT ITEMS The Commission may approve these items without discussion or public comment and may remove an item to the Business Items for discussion and consideration. 1. Approval of Minutes: February 10, 2026. 2. Approval of Minutes: February 18, 2026. BUSINESS ITEMS The Commission will discuss (without public comment) and may approve the following items: 1. GSBS final draft 2. Culinary water connection requirement 3. Amendments to the Cedar Fort Municipal Code PUBLIC COMMENT Time for Public Input is limited to no more than 2-3 minutes per person. This time has been set aside for the public to express ideas, concerns, and comments for subject matter not listed as public hearing on the agenda.
