on the 5th day of March 2026.
At the Council Chambers
19 South Main, Helper, Utah.
The meeting shall begin at 6:00 pm.

5- Approval of the minutes from the February 5th, 2026 meeting and the February 20th, 2026 special meeting.

8- Discussion on fire hazards on Helper City property. - Chief Montoya.
9- Discussion and possible approval of moving to a StarCard program with Skaggs regarding the police department uniform allowance. - Chief Draper.

11- Discussion and possible approval adopting Resolution 2026-01 Supporting America250 Utah and recognizing and approving of the America Utah250 Potluck Committee, as well as closing Main Street from the park to Depot St. on July 5, 2026 for America250 Potluck Event from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.
