5. UAMPS Pooling Agreement Discuss and Approval: A Resolution authorizing and approving the Amended and Restated Power Pooling Agreement with Utah Associated Municipal Power Systems; and related matters.

13. CLOSED SESSION: The Beaver City Council will close a portion of their meeting to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical, mental health or criminal conduct of an individual; to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, or water when public discussion of the transaction would disclose the appraisal or estimated value of the property or prevent the City from completing the transaction on the best possible terms; to hold a strategy session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation, discussions regarding security of City devices or systems.
