Approval of Agenda. Discussion and possible approval for a 1-lot Small Subdivision (BC Poulson Properties) application by Brad Poulson. The proposed subdivision is located east of Moroni in the Agriculture Zone and would consist of 1- lot of 5.03 acres. Parcel # S-27449X17. Discussion and possible approval of a 6-lot Major Subdivision (Southfield Heights Subdivision) application by Gordon Andersen. The proposed subdivision is located south of Mayfield in the RA-1 Zone.
