- NOTICE OF AN EMERGENCY SESSION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF SUCCESS ACADEMY PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of SUCCESS Academy will hold an online meeting on the Google Meet platform. The online address for this meeting is https://meet.google.com/ddc-caro-ajw Please call 435-760-3501 for assistance in logging on if needed. The meeting will commence at 10am on Friday, February 27, 2026. The agenda for this meeting consists of the following: Conducting: Jodi Porter Public Input Executive Session (closed session) Motion to enter into closed session to discuss: the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual This meeting is being held over google meet and in the SUU Success Academy Multipurpose Building in Cedar City, Utah. 2) Reconvene to Open Session C. Action Item(s) Approval of consulting contract for Lyle Cox D. Adjournment
