Public hearing to receive input on the proposed water rates and fee schedule for the Brooklyn Special Service District culinary water system. The system is scheduled to begin operations on July 1, 2026. The Board is considering a rate schedule to meet the financial operations of the water system.
The public hearing is scheduled for Thursday March 19, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the Elsinore Town Offices located at 35 West Main Street, Elsinore, Utah.
Copies of the rate schedule are available for viewing at the Elsinore Town Hall located at 35 West Main Street, Elsinore, Utah, and at Sevier County Offices located at 250 North Main Street, Richfield, UT in Room 116.
Members of the public that wish to submit comments in writing may do so be mailing comments to Brooklyn Special Service District, 250 North Main Street, Richfield, UT 84701. Written comments can also be submitted at the public hearing. All comments will be reviewed and considered before final adoption of the rate schedule.
