NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
The Springdale Town Council will hold public hearings as described below. The hearings will be held at the Canyon Community Center, 126 Lion Boulevard, Springdale, UT 84767.

1. Public Hearing: Ordinance 2026-06 (Formerly 2025-20) Amending Chapter 10-7A of the Town Code by Adding Medical and Dental Clinics as Permitted Uses in the CC, VC, and PU zones; Adding Definitions of Two Types of Pharmacies in Section 10-2-2; and Potentially Allowing Pharmacies Operated in Conjunction with a Medical Clinic as Permitted Uses in the PU Zone. This notice is intended to comply with the requirements of Utah State Code sections 10-20-205 or 10-5-108 concerning notifying the public of upcoming public hearings.
Please contact the Town Staff identified above for additional information about the matter(s) to be addressed in the public hearing. Staff reports regarding the matter(s) will be available by March 6, 2026, and will be posted on the Town's website (https://www.springdaletown.com/agendacenter).
The public is invited to provide written comment on the matter(s) at least two days in advance of the public hearing or attend in person to provide verbal comments during the public hearing portion of the public meeting.
