PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that Orangeville City will hold its regular meeting on February 19, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall, 25 North Main, Orangeville, Utah, 84537, to consider the agenda items hereinafter set forth.

5. Approval of January 5, 2026 Special Meeting Minutes.
6. Approval of January 8,2026 Public Hearing Minutes.
7. Approval of January 8, 2026 Regular Session Minutes.
8. Public Comments (3min)
9. Approve/ Deny: RESOLUTION 2026-2: A RESOLUTION OF ORANGEVILLE CITY, AMENDING THE WATER AND SEWER FEE SCHEDULE IN RESPONSE TO RATE INCREASES FROM THE CASTLE VALLEY SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT.
10. Approve/ Deny- Proposal from Lee Moss to Lease City property on Cemetery Rd.
11. Approve/Deny- Water Lease Agreement with Emery County School District.
12. Approve/Deny- Margene Luke culinary water connection at 310 West SR 29.
13. Approve/Deny- McKoy Allred Business License.
14. Ratify:
- Welcome Park Bathroom Boiler Replacement in the amount of $ 15,518.63.
- Flowers for Main St. in the amount of $1,085.00.
15. Approve/Deny- Adding Kirk McQuivey and David McKee to Orangeville City's Checking Account and removing Tracy Addley from Orangeville City's Checking Account.
16. Approve/ Deny- changing bank institutions to Cache Valley Bank- Gary Keddington.
17. Approve/Deny- Allowing Cottonwood Elementary to use the Community Center as a secondary evacuation location in the event of an emergency.
18. Approve/Deny- M.E.C.C.A. Donation- Terri Bennett
19. Approve/Deny- to haul water to their property where they are building. - Jaden and Shelby Bagley.
20. Discuss/ Approve/ Deny- New Backhoe- Mayor Bell
21. Discuss- Dog Kennels
22. Staff/ Council / Mayor Reports
