Broadway Community Reinvestment Project Area
NOTICE OF COMMUNITY REINVESTMENT PROJECT AREA PLAN ADOPTION
On January 27, 2026, the Community Reinvestment Agency of Magna (the 'Agency') and Magna City
adopted the official project area plan for the Broadway Community Reinvestment Project Area by
adoption of Magna City Ordinance No. 2026-O-01, a copy of which is included with this notice. The
Ordinance formally adopts the Plan for the Project Area and authorizes related actions by City and
Agency staff. The Ordinance also includes a map and a legal description of the land within the
Project Area. The Agency does not currently anticipate receiving tax increment from this project
area.
Copies of the Ordinance and the Project Area Plan are available for public inspection at the Agency
offices located at 860 W. Levoy Dr., Suite 300, Taylorsville, UT 84123 during regular business hours.
