- NOTICE OF WORK MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ST. GEORGE, WASHINGTON COUNTY, UTAH Public Notice Public notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold a work meeting in the City Council Conference Room at the St. George City Hall located at 61 South Main Street, St. George, Utah, on Thursday, February 19, 2026 commencing at 3:00 p.m. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Discussion regarding amendment to City code pertaining to retaining walls. 2. Discussion regarding private schools in a designated local landmark. 3. Update on Airport Terminal Expansion project. 4. Presentation of a concept plan for Curly Hollow Adventure Park. 5. Presentation of a concept plan for St. George Downtown Cemetery Plaza. 6. Reports from Mayor, Councilmembers, and City Manager. 7.
