PUBLIC NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING - ALTA PLANNING COMMISSION WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 25, 2026 at 3:00 PM ALTA COMMUNITY CENTER - 10351 E HWY 210, ALTA, UTAH NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Alta Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at 3:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as practical. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment on a Condominium Plat Amendment for the Hellgate Condominiums, located at 9670 E HWY 210, Alta, UT 84092. The plat amendment is requested to update the configuration of units, and the square footage of units and the common areas due to changes regarding the depiction of the assignment of employee units/spaces as common area, and the remeasurement of common areas and units after certain owners included some common areas within their units. The primary objective of the plat amendment is to properly depict and record the current standing, allocation and measurement or units and common areas for assessment, tax, ownership, and resale purposes. Materials, including a copy of the plat amendment application, are available for review on the Town's website, www.townofalta.utah.gov and in the Town Office at 10201 East Highway 210 during normal business hours. Following the public hearing, the planning commission will hold a regular business meeting where it may take action to vote to approve the application.
