Description/Agenda: PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE TROPIC TOWN - PROPOSED ZONING MAP AMENDMENT Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Tropic Town will hold a Public Hearing to receive public comment regarding proposed amendments to the Tropic Town Zoning Map. The proposed amendments are requests submitted by Michael D. Ahlstrom; Michael Douglas & Lesa Kay Ahlstrom; and Kortney Ahlstrom to rezone the following parcels located within Tropic Town limits from Agricultural (A) to Residential R-1-20: Parcel No. 08-0073-0320 Parcel No. 08-0073-0454 Parcel No. 08-0073-0321 The purpose of the requests is to create a cohesive Residential R-1-20 zoning area consistent with surrounding residential development and the Town's General Plan. The Public Hearing will be held as follows: Date: March 3, 2026 Time: 6:00 PM Location: Tropic Town Council Room Heritage Center 20 North Main Street Tropic, Utah 84776 All interested persons are invited to attend and provide comments.
