- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at St. George City Offices located at 61 S Main Street, St. George, Utah to consider the following: A public hearing will be held to receive public comment on a request to amend the General Plan land use designation on approximately 109 acres located east of Highway 18, between approximately 3000 North and 3800 North. The request would change the designation from LDR (Low Density Residential - up to four dwelling units per acre) to COM (Commercial). The applicant is FFKR Architects, represented by Larry Curtis. The project is titled The Trails East General Plan Amendment (Case No. 2025-GPA-012).
