OF MONROE CITY ORDINANCE 1 01 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on January 27, 2026, the Mayor and City Council of Monroe adopted Ordinance 1 01 2026, an Ordinance amending Monroe City Land Use Title 13.3.0 Definitions and 13.6.4 Zoning District Uses, and to provide various text amendments for clarity and correctness of Monroe City Zoning Ordinance.
This Ordinance shall become effective upon posting of this summary at Monroe City Office, www.pmn.utah.gov and www.monroeut.gov(city website) this 11th day of February 2026.
