- NOTICE OF THE STANSBURY SERVICE AGENCY BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Stansbury Service Agency hereby gives notice of the Meeting of the Stansbury Service Agency Board of Directors, which shall be open to the public, to be held on Wednesday, February 11th, 2026, at 7:00 pm at the Clubhouse, 1 Country Club Dr. Ste 1, Stansbury Park, Utah. Board members may participate electronically. Stansbury Service Agency Board of Directors Meeting Date: Wednesday, February 11, 2026 Location: 1 Country Club Drive, STE 1, Stansbury Park, UT 84074 Time: 7:00 PM I. Call to Order II. Roll Call III. Pledge of Allegiance IV. Public Comments V. Review of Public Comments from the last meeting VI. General Manager Updates: A. Operations VII. Discussion Items A. Discuss Greenbelt and Recreation Service Area Taxing Districts B. Discuss HB 161 - Property Tax Modifications C. Discussion to define the Stansbury Service Agency boundaries VIII. Action Items: A. 2026.02.01 A 1. Board Review and possible approval of January 21, 2026, Board Meeting Minutes Board member reports and requests. Open comment session for individual Board Members to present final thoughts on any subject covered in the meeting, updates on individual projects not covered by the GM, and requests for future board actions.
