Washington, Utah on Monday, February 9, 2026, commencing at 5:00 PM. 1. Call to Order a. Consider approval of the agenda b. Pledge of allegiance 2. Approval of Minutes a. Consider approval of December 08, 2025, meeting minutes 3. Financial Matters a. Consider approval of November & December 2025 disbursements b. Consider approval of November & December 2025 budget to actual revenue and expense report 4. Operational Matters a. Update to public outreach efforts b. Response to Republic's request for no batteries in the trash campaign. 5. District Updates a. Introduction and welcome of new board members 1. Justin Seegmiller - Enterprise 2.
