6:00 p.m. - WORK SESSION (Riverdale Fire Training Room) The purpose of the work session is to review and discuss the PRUD ordinance and other strategic planning, items. No motions or decisions will be considered during this session, which is open to the public. - Welcome - PRUD Zoning Text Amendment Discussion - Review of current PRUD provisions (Title 10, Chapter 22) - Open discussion on benefits, concerns, and strategic implications - Potential amendments - Direction to staff on next steps and/or future review schedule - - Discussion - strategic planning and other items of business - Adjourn In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons in need of special accommodation should contact the City Offices (801) 394-5541 at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting.
