ST. GEORGE HOUSING AUTHORITY

Notice is hereby given that the St. George Housing Authority will hold a board meeting at the Dixie Sun Manor complex located at 975 N. 1725 W. # 101, St. George UT 84770.
The agenda for the meeting is as follows:
1. Approve minutes of Board Meeting January 13, 2025.
2. Review Housing Assistance Reports (HAP) February 2026.
3. Discuss 2025-2026 SGHA budget.
4. Report on DSM INSPIRE Inspection report.
5. Report on REAC Certification.
6. Board Chair signatures for Financial Certification & Fraud Risk Assessment.
7. Utah NAHRO Conference April 21-22. (Registration, who wants to attend?)
8. Jane Fehrenbacker report on DSM
9. Introduce Steve Kemp St. George City Council new board member.
10. Reports from Board Members and Housing Director.
11. Request a closed meeting to discuss litigation, security, property acquisition or sale of the character and professional competence or physical or mental health of an individual.
