- Millcreek Planning Director's Meeting Agenda PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Planning Director of Millcreek will hold a meeting on February 12, 2026, at City Hall, 1330 E Chambers Avenue, Millcreek, Utah 84106, commencing at 2:00 p.m. MEETING: 1. Discussion and Consideration of SD-25-012 & SD-25-013, Request to Subdivide Two Duplexes at 4320 S 615 E and 4326 S 615 E by Applicants Jordan Hager & Nico Suazo 2. Discussion and Consideration of SDA-25-006, Request to Amend and Expand the Maple Hills Subdivision at 3785 S Ash Circle by Applicant Jared Hackett In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Millcreek will make reasonable accommodation for participation in the meeting.
