Notice is hereby given that the Ogden Valley City Council of Ogden Valley City will hold a City Council Meeting, February 3, 2026, beginning at 6:00 p.m.
Location: Huntsville Town Hall, 7474 E 200 S, Huntsville, UT
1. Call to Order
a. Pledge of Allegiance
b. Moment of Silence
2. Public Comment (at the discretion of the Mayor). All public comment shall: 1) only be made by those after the person states his or her name and address for the record; 2) may last no longer than 2 minute unless otherwise allowed by the Mayor; 3) must be germane to the authority of the City Council and be directly related to city programs, projects, services or events; and 4) may not address an item already on the agenda.
3. Consent Agenda
a. Approval and ratification of Interlocal Agreement: Washington Terrace Justice Court
b. Adoption of Annual Meeting Schedule
c. Approval of minutes from City Council Special Session: January 3, 2026,
d. Approval of minutes for the following work sessions: January 5, 2026, January 5, 2026, January 12, 2026, January 14, 2026, January 16, 2026
e. Approval of minutes for the following City Council meetings: January 6, 2026
f. Approval of payment of existing invoices
g. Adoption of the Rocky Mountain Power Franchise Agreement
4. Resolution 2026-10: Establishing a fee schedule for excavation permits. (Approximately 10 minutes). Discuss and possibly deny, continue, or adopt Resolution 2026-10.
5. Open and Public Meetings Act training. City Attorney. Approximately 20 minutes.
6. Closed Meeting (As needed)
A closed meeting for any purpose as allowed in UCA 52-4-25.
7. Adjourn
