Notice is hereby given that the Historic Preservation Commission of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold a regular meeting at the Administration Conference Room, 61 South Main Street, St. George, Utah on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, commencing at 12:00 p.m.
The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

1. DIXIE ACADEMY LANDMARK REHABILITATION
Consider a request to rehabilitate the Dixie Academy building located at 86 South Main Street.

Consider approval of the meeting minutes of September 17, 2025, and November 5, 2025.
