Meeting Minutes: January 21, 2026, Work and regular meetings. 4. Checks and Invoices: $ 120,219.15 C. Business: 1. Consideration and possible action to set a public hearing for the secondary water feasibility study, user rate analysis, impact fee analysis and impact fee facilities plan. 2. Discussion regarding an amendment to the La Verkin city code by removing, adding/replacing the following terms in Section 8-1-4 (statement of charges: delinquency): and providing an effective date. 3. Discussion regarding an amendment to the cemetery's rules and regulations. 4. Discussion regarding vacating property at 205 S 100 E. 5. Training for OPTMA/GRAMA. D.
