NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Paragonah Town Board will be holding a public hearing on February 11, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Paragonah Town Hall, 44 North 100 West, to receive public comments on Ordinance 26-1, An Ordinance Amending Title XV Land Use Ordinance, Section 153.090 clarifying maximum height of fences, walls, and hedges. A copy of Ordinance 26-1, is posted at the Paragonah Town Hall, Paragonah Post Office, on the Town's facebook pages Paragonah Town Info, Paragonah Town News & Events, on the Town website paragonahtown.gov and on the Utah Public Notice website. The public is invited and encouraged to attend this hearing. Persons with disabilities needing special assistance to participate in this hearing should contact the Paragonah Town Clerk at 435-477-8979.
