- TOWN OF MANILA PLANNING AND ZONING REGULAR MEETING SENIOR-COMMUNITY CENTER 165 E HWY 43 FEBRUARY 2, 2026 AT 5:30PM AGENDA MEETING CALLED TO ORDER: PRESENT: GUESTS: EXCUSED: PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETING: Review and approval of minutes from the December 1, 2025 : Regular meeting & Work session. Results: NEW BUSINESS: Robert Rufner: Robert is requesting a building permit for a house on his property located at 131 N Dry Creek Ln. CLOSING REMARKS: Mayor Kathi asked if anyone from Planning and Zoning would like to attend upcoming on land use trainings. SCHEDULE NEXT MEETING AND ADJOURNMENT: NOTICE OF SPECIAL ACCOMMODATION DURING PUBLIC MEETINGS: In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting shall notify Kourtney Hawks at the Town office (435-784-3143), at least 24 hours before meeting.
