REVIEW AND DISCUSSION- RELATED TOPICS ASSOCIATED WITH THE PREPARATION OF THE EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP OVERVIEW AND STRATEGIC OPERATIONS PLAN, CONTRACT MANAGEMENT REVIEW, AND THE FISCAL YEAR 2027 BUDGET WHICH INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO CAPITAL PROJECTS, REVENUE SOURCES, AND CITY SERVICES, ETC. 3.
