Notice of Public Hearings
The Planning Commission and City Council will hold public hearings on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at 6:00 pm and Tuesday February 17, 2026, at 6:00 pm.
Zone Change:
- Let Them Grow Zoning Map Amendment: This proposal involves a Zone Change to apply the Development Enhancement Overlay to a property located in the R-O Residential Office Zone to accommodate a Montessori School. The subject property is located at 75 West 300 North.
Conditional Use Permit:
- Chicken Processing Facility: This proposal involves a request for a Conditional Use Permit to accommodate a meat processing facility in the I-1 Light Industrial Zone. The subject property is located at 3584 North 1150 West.
Title 15 Amendments:
- Title 15 Old Dominion: This proposal involves a request to amend the City's fencing requirements.
- Title 15 Temporary Storage Yard: This proposal involves a request to amend the City's fencing requirements for outdoor storage.
General Plan Amendment:
- General Plan Update: This proposal involves updating the Land Use Element of the General Plan.
- General Plan Update: This proposal involves amending the Growth Management Boundary Map.
These hearings will be held in the Council Chambers at 80 South Main Street, Second Floor, Spanish Fork.
