TOQUERVILLE CITY COUNCIL Regular Business Meeting Agenda January 21, 2026, at 6:00 pm 212 N. Call to Order - Mayor Dan Catlin 2. Pledge of Allegiance - Councilman Sands 3. Statements of Belief/Opening Prayer - Councilman Chamberlain B. APPROVAL OF AGENDA: 1. Approval of Agenda Order 2. Disclosures and Declarations of Conflicts from Council Members and Mayor. C. CONSENT AGENDA: 1. Review and possible approval of meeting minutes from January 7, 2025, City Council Meeting. 2. Review and possible approval of City Expenditures from December 2025. D. PUBLIC FORUM: Limit three (3) minutes per person; please address the microphone and state full name and address. Please note there will be no response by any city official during this time. For specific questions, please contact staff directly. E. BUSINESS: 1. Discussion and possible action on a Nightly Rental Application for 2 W Willow Lane, submitted by Travis and Janiece Olds. Tax ID: T-WLAN-1, current zoning is R-1-12 Single Family Residential. 2. Discussion and possible action on Ordinance 2026.XX - an ordinance amending Title 8 Chapter 1, updating the utility billing process. 3. Discussion and possible action on Ordinance 2026.XX - an ordinance amending Title 9 Chapter 4, adopting the Wildland-Urban Interface Code. 4. Discussion and possible action on Ordinance 2026.XX - an ordinance amending Title 3 Chapter 1 Section 5, clarifying the business license renewal deadline. 5. Discussion on Water Shortage Contingency Planning. 6. Discussion on continuation of Yoppify services. 7. Discussion on Toquerville Code Enforcement. 8. Update from City Prosecutor Jaeger and 2025 Summary. 9. Open and Public Meetings Act Training facilitated by City Attorney Jenkins. F. CALENDAR OF EVENTS: 1. Spring Community Clean-Up - Saturday, March 7th to Sunday, March 8th, 2025 - Center Street Park, Westfield Park, TRE Park and Toquerville Heights. G. CLOSED MEETING: Discuss litigation, security, property acquisition or sale or the character and professional competence or physical or mental health of an individual (if needed). H.
