- Public Comment Solicitation of Public Comment Uintah Basin Association of Governments (UBAOG) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Consolidated Plan 2026-27 The Uintah Basin Association of Governments is soliciting public comment for the Annual Action Plan/Consolidated Plan.
