- Furnish all labor, equipment and materials required to remove and replace asphalt pavement, install concrete curb, gutter, and sidewalk, install retaining wall, and install storm drain catch basins, piping, and subsurface retention system. All work to be done according to plans, Payson City, and APWA Standards and Specifications.
