Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Planning Commission will hold their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, beginning at 6:00 p.m. All commissioners and the public are invited to participate in person at the Payson City Center, 439 West Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah, as well as virtually through a link with Zoom Video Communications. (The meeting order may change to facilitate the public or specific needs). Please check the Payson City Website at www.paysonutah.gov for the link to participate and/or view the meeting.

5.1 PUBLIC HEARING - Payson City Municipal Code Update: A routine update to the Development Guidelines, Standard Construction Details, and Electrical Construction Standards and Specifications. These updates are needed to add necessary details and clarity to existing standards and details. The Development Guidelines, Standard Construction Details, and Electrical Construction Standards and Specifications are adopted by the Payson City Council as an extension of the Payson City Municipal Code.
