PUBLIC MEETING A petition to the Planning Commission for Conditional Use approval for a Category II Home Occupation, for an in-home salon business. ACTION ITEM Applicant: Daisy L. Johnson Address: 3086 S 500 E 2. PUBLIC HEARING A petition has been submitted to the Planning Commission requesting to forward a positive recommendation to the South Salt Lake City Council for adoption of an ordinance amending multiple sections of Title 17 of the South Salt Lake City Municipal Code. The proposed ordinance would: (1) add a definition for Dwelling, Multi-Family Micro-Unit; (2) establish Dwelling, Multi-Family Micro-Unit as a Conditional Use within the Downtown Station District; and (3) amend the Land Use Matrix, parking requirements, design requirements, and the Downtown Form-Based Code.
