NOTICE AND AGENDA
Pursuant to 52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the Monroe Trails Committee of Monroe City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular committee meeting on the above date at the City Office, 10 N Main, commencing at 4:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: (The order of business may be changed as time permits.
1. Welcome and Call to Order: Committee Chairperson
2. Roll Call
3. Approve 2025-11-24 Meeting Minutes
4. Public Input
5. Business
a. Richfield BLM -Record Decision
b. Consider Restrooms Monroe Canyon -Sevier County Commissioners Request
c. Discuss and consider County Road Department concerns
d. Foothill Trail Updates
1. Discuss plan to move forward on portions not needing recorded easements
2. Discuss options for rerouting trail within each county-owned parcel
e. Joe Town Trail Updates
1.Discuss plans to start trail construction
2. Were there any plans to utilize existing county 'D' roads? If so, will it work to do so without modifying them?
3. Signage for trail crossings over county roads
f. Ongoing/Recurring Agenda Items
1. Budget review
2. Timeline and critical dates review (both current phase, and next phase)
3. Schedule next meeting
