Public notice is hereby given that the City Council of Price City, Utah, will hold a Regular Meeting in the Council Chambers, 185 East Main, Price, Utah, at 05:30 PM on 01/14/2026. The Mayor reserves the right to modify the sequence of agenda items in order to facilitate special needs.

a. QUARTERLY SAFETY DRAWING. Drawing for the quarterly safety prize for qualifying Price City employees.
b. PUBLIC HEARING. Public hearing to receive input on the 2026 updates to the Price City Land Use Management and Development Code.
c. ORDINANCE NO. 2026-001. Consideration and possible approval of an Ordinance Adopting the Updates to the Price City Land Use Management and Development Code, 2008 Edition.
d. DIVISION OF DRINKING WATER PRINCIPAL FORGIVENESS LOAN AGREEMENT- Consideration and possible approval of a principal forgiveness loan agreement with the Utah Division of Drinking Water for $4,559.000.00 for replacement of the City's aging spring water transmission line.
5.CONSENT AGENDA
a. MINUTES for 12-10-2025 CDBG First Public Hearing & City Council.
b. RENAISSANCE FAIR AND INTERNATIONAL DAYS COUNCIL APPOINTMENT. Consideration and possible approval of Tina Urbanik as Renaissance Fair 2026 Councilmember appointment (chair) and Richard Root as International Days 2026 Councilmember appointment (chair) and Tina Urbanik as co-appointment for International Days 2026 and as Councilmember appointment (chair) for 2027.
c. AMERICA 250 EVENT. Consideration and possible approval to promote a charity fundraiser event in conjunction with the America 250 Event locally. (Public hearing and approval of donation will take place at the time of the donation-July 2026).
d. UTAH MAIN STREET PROGRAM GRANT. Consideration and possible approval and acceptance of a Utah Main Street Program Capacity Building and Professional Development Grant in the amount of $11,500.
e. URS DESIGNATED ROTH SERVICE AGREEMENT FORM. Consideration and possible approval of the Utah Retirement Systems Designated Roth Service Agreement Form to add Roth 401K and Roth 457b plans to those offered to qualifying Price City Employees.
f. AMENDED INCENTIVE AGREEMENT. Consideration and possible approval of an Addendum to the Development and Tax Increment Financing Incentive Interlocal Agreement. Subject is the hotel(s) development project; the Taxing Entity Committee has reviewed and recommended approval by all taxing entities.
g. CAREER LADDER. Consideration and possible approval of a career ladder promotion for Julie Crocco from Customer Service and Collections Specialist I, Grade 8 to Customer Service and Collections Specialist, Grade 9.
h. WATER RIGHT CHANGE JOINT PROTEST. Consideration and possible approval of participation in a Joint Protest, along with Wellington City, Helper City and the Price River Water Improvement District, of the Sanpete Water Conservancy District's Water Right Change Application a43850. Price City pro-rata participation of 20.25%.
