Public Hearing Regarding Zoning Changes
Bicknell Town Planning Commission
Bicknell Town Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a zoning
change for properties that border Highway 24 and Main Street which are not presently
in the Commercial Residential Zone. The town proposes changing all properties that
border Highway 24 and Main Street to Commercial Residential Zone which will extend
the Commercial Residential Zone. The hearing will be held before the regularly
scheduled Planning Commission meeting at 6:45 p.m. on January 20,2026, in the
Bicknell Town Hall.
Public Hearing Regarding Zoning Description in the
General Plan and the Building and Zoning Ordinance
Bicknell Town Planning Commission
Bicknell Town Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to allow comments
regarding the description of the Commercial Residential Zone in the General Plan and
in the Building and Zoning Ordinance. The hearing will be held at the beginning of the
regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting which begins at 7:00 p.m. on
January 20, 2026, in the Bicknell Town Hall
