The meeting shall begin at 6:00 pm.

8- Discussion and possible approval of updated General Plan for Helper City with recommended amendment.
9- Discussion and possible approval of positive recommendation from Planning & Zoning for re-zoning of property 1377 North Frontage Road by Christie & Roegun Wilde.
10- Discussion and possible approval of local area consent for the Rio Theater.
11- Discussion and possible approval of USU Eastern civic auditorium use rates.
12- Discussion and possible approval of proposed Helper car show.
13- Discussion and possible approval to surplus Public Works mini-excavator.
14- Discussion and possible approval of a total of $5,000 toward street lights.
15- Discussion and possible approval of boiler estimates for Public Works building.
