Description/Agenda: CITY OF WEST HAVEN * NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO SOLICIT PUBLIC INPUT ON AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING AN IMPACT FEE FOR TRANSPORTATION, STORM WATER, PARKS, RECREATION, OPEN SPACE AND TRAILS * PUBLIC HEARING: The West Haven City Council of West Haven City, Utah will hold a Public Hearing on the 21st Day of January, 2026 in the Council Chambers at 4150 South 3900 West, West Haven, Utah from the hour of 6:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as possible, for the purpose of soliciting public input on an ordinance adopting an impact fee for transportation, storm water, parks, recreation, open space, and trails . All interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard. Public comment will be held in person and by electronic means, via zoom at https://us06web.zoom.us/j/81581435918.
